Useful Information
1. Where is the event taking place?
The event will take place at Nová tržnica (New Market Hall), Trnavské mýto, Bratislava. The main entrance to the event is on Krížna Street, not on the Trnavské mýto side.
2. How do I get to the venue?
Nová tržnica is located at one of Bratislava’s main public transport hubs, so we recommend leaving your car at home and travelling by public transport, taxi, bicycle or on foot.
The nearest public transport stop is Trnavské mýto, which is served by:
- Trams 4 and 9
- Buses and trolleybuses, including routes 32, 39, 49, 53, 61, 63, 68 and 71
Nová tržnica is right next to the stop. Please remember that the main entrance to the event is on Krížna Street.

3. Where can I park?
Nová tržnica is located at one of Bratislava’s main public transport hubs, so we recommend leaving your car at home and tIf you plan to arrive by car, please allow some extra time, as parking spaces around Trnavské mýto are limited.
Paid on-street parking is available on Krížna and Šancová Streets. You can also use the underground car park at OC Central shopping centre, approximately a 5–10-minute walk from Nová tržnica.
Parking spaces are not guaranteed for event attendees, so we recommend using public transport whenever possible.
4. What time should I arrive?
Registration opens at 8:30 AM, and the programme starts at 9:00 AM.
We recommend arriving early to allow enough time to register and find your seat before the programme begins.
5. How does registration work?
When you arrive, please head to the Registration desk near the main entrance on Krížna Street. You will need to present your ticket with the QR code sent to you by email via the Inviton platform. You can show your ticket either on your phone or as a printed copy.
After checking in, you will receive a name badge, which you should keep with you throughout the event. It will also allow you to re-enter the venue if you leave temporarily. When leaving the event, please return your badge lanyard to the registration desk so that we can reuse it at future events.
6. What can I expect from the programme?
Alongside the main conference programme, there will be a Circular Exhibition featuring 25 exhibitors and two thematic roundtable discussions.
After checking in, you will receive a name badge, which you should keep with you throughout the event. It will also allow you to re-enter the venue if you leave temporarily.
When leaving the event, please return your badge lanyard to the registration desk so that we can reuse it at future events.
You can look forward to a day of inspiring presentations, discussions, practical insights and networking opportunities.
7. Where will the programme take place?
15 OCTOBER – CONFERENCE AND SIDE PROGRAMME
The conference programme and accompanying activities will take place across three levels of Nová tržnica:
- BASEMENT – MAIN CONFERENCE PROGRAMME: Presentations, panel discussions and the main conference sessions.
- FIRST FLOOR – CIRCULAR EXHIBITION: Discover circular solutions, inspiring ideas and innovative approaches presented by 25 exhibitors.
- SECOND FLOOR – ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS: Two thematic roundtable discussions offering opportunities to exchange ideas and experiences in smaller groups.
Signs will be displayed throughout the venue to help you find your way.
16 OCTOBER – WORKSHOPS
The second day of the event will be dedicated to practical workshops taking place in the basement of Nová tržnica.
The workshops are open to attendees who have purchased a ticket that includes the second day of the event.
8. What is the dress code?
The dress code for the event is business casual. We recommend wearing something comfortable yet appropriate for a professional setting, so you can feel at ease throughout the day.
9. Where can I return my reusable cup?
We will be using reusable cups at the event to help reduce single-use waste. After finishing your drink, please return your cup to the Smart DRS reusable cup return machine provided by Sensoneo, located in the main conference hall in the basement, near the drinks station.
This will allow the cups to be used again. Thank you for helping us make the event more sustainable.
10. Where can I stay?
